凝血酶原片段1+2 - 血栓性疾病早期診斷分子標(biāo)志物
凝血酶原片段1+2是凝血酶原激活轉(zhuǎn)化為凝血酶過(guò)程中釋放的穩(wěn)定的降解產(chǎn)物，血液中的凝血酶原片段1+2含量可以準(zhǔn)確地反映凝血酶早期激活水平，可用于診斷血栓前狀態(tài)和血栓性疾病以及針對(duì)相關(guān)疾病及時(shí)治療和監(jiān)測(cè)療效。
以人凝血酶原片段1+2為例，當(dāng)凝血途徑啟動(dòng)，凝血因子X(jué)被激活轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閄a，Xa可促使凝血酶原中Arg(327)-Thr(328)及Arg(363)-Ile(364)間的肽鍵同時(shí)斷裂，釋放凝血酶及凝血酶原片段1+2，即Ala(44)-Arg(327)。該凝血酶能夠裂解酶原本身，釋放出片段1（F1）和片段2（F2），序列分別為Ala(44)-Arg(198)， Ser(199)-Arg(327)（見(jiàn)圖1）。
